Prepare for Shipment
Carefully disassemble and repackage the item in its original crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule Pickup
For large freight items, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient curbside pickup time at your location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
